How can I use TalkNotes with WhatsApp?

There are several ways to use Talknotes with WhatsApp. The first is to share a voice message from WhatsApp to the Talknotes app (iOS only at this time) to create a note. The second is to send a voice message to the Talknotes bot and receive the text as a reply. The third is to record a voice note in Talknotes and share the text as a WhatsApp message.

How do I set up the bot?

Go to Settings in Talknotes and save a number for WhatsApp. Then open a chat with the WhatsApp bot by clicking on the button on the Settings page. Now you are ready to go!

Can I transcribe on Android?

Yes, but it requires a few more steps. You need to save the voice message to files, go to Talknotes and upload the file.

Can I use TalkNotes for WhatsApp in different languages?

Absolutely! TalkNotes supports 50+ languages, making it a versatile tool for international discussions.

Do I need to pay to use WhatsApp transcription?

Yes, WhatsApp transcriptions are a paid feature. We have a limited free tool available if you want to try that out first. Just click on Free tools in the footer.

How accurate is the voice-to-text conversion?

Our state-of-the-art AI technology ensures a high accuracy rate. However, it may vary depending on the clarity of the speech and background noise.

What about privacy?

Glad you asked! All audio files are deleted after they are transcribed, and we don't train the AI using your notes. Your notes are 100% yours.
